You have the option to ask us to delete all the information we have gathered about your game account. To fulfill this request completely, it’s necessary to permanently close and delete your game account, including all in-game currency and progress, whether or not you paid for them.

If you are an IOS user and you want just to stop using your Apple ID account in Redline Royale, you can go to your iOS settings and remove Redline Royale following this path: Settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Apps using Apple ID.

If you want to delete your account permanently, you need to start the deletion process. Click on the "Delete my account" button and confirm your request. If you have any questions, you can start a conversation with the support team by clicking on the "Go to chat" button.

After your account deletion request is confirmed, it's important to understand that your game account, in-game currency (including paid currency), and all game progress will be permanently removed. It's important to note that this is an irreversible process, and it may take up to 30 days to complete the deletion. If you're only looking to take a break from the game, simply deleting the app from your mobile device may be a better option.
